Information we collect

Depending on what you order, this may include your name, email address, shipping address, selected products, Personal Video name/message choices, Custom Video instructions, reference links or uploaded reference files, and basic server/security logs such as IP address, browser type and request time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment and order status information needed to fulfill your order, but we do not receive your full card number.

Merch fulfillment

For merch orders, the information needed to make and ship your order is shared with our fulfillment provider, including the selected product and delivery address.

Video orders and uploads

Personal Video order details are used to create the requested video. Custom reference files and links are used to review and produce your order. Order and reference information may be kept as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements.

Marketing

Checkout email addresses are used for orders, receipts and delivery-related communication. We do not treat an order email as consent to unrelated marketing.
