Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices, shipping charges and the final total are shown before you pay.

Merch

Most merch is made to order. Choose sizes, colors and shipping details carefully. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at [email protected] so the order can be reviewed for replacement or refund. Change-of-mind and sizing returns may be limited for made-to-order products, subject to any rights required by law.

Personal Video

The $11 Personal Video is a template-based digital product. Please allow up to 48 hours after successful payment for delivery. Requests may use automated production and may also be held for human review. Messages that may violate our content rules can be declined and refunded. If a technical failure prevents delivery, we will remake the video or refund the order.

Custom Video

The $23 Custom Video is manually reviewed and produced. Please allow up to 48 hours. You must own any reference material or have permission to use it. Requests we cannot accept are refunded. Once production has begun, changes and revisions are not guaranteed.

Content rules

No threats, harassment, sexual content, hate, impersonation, illegal material or messages intended to harm someone. We may decline or refund requests that break these rules.

Support Uncle

Support Uncle is optional support for the project and does not include a product or service. It is not presented as a charitable or tax-deductible donation.

Intellectual property

Only submit material you own or have permission to use. Third-party copyrights, trademarks and other rights remain with their respective owners.
